WHERE TECHNOLOGY AND LIFESTYLE MEET

IMAGINE BEING LOCATED IN THE CENTRE OF ONE OF THE FASTEST GROWING CITIES IN AUSTRALIA - MORE CONNECTED THAN EVER WITH OUR CAPITAL CITIES AND INTERNATIONAL NEIGHBOURS.

Gosford City, the gateway to the Central Coast, is in the midst of tremendous expansion fuelled by significant private and public infrastructure investment and population growth. With a strong and diverse workforce and increasing competition from job seekers for local employment opportunities, Gosford offers incredible opportunities to harness untapped human capital.

Private investment in Gosford is very strong with over $250 million invested in luxury residential, commercial and retail offerings, attracting both local and global investment interest. Unprecedented investment into public infrastructure including the Gosford Hospital redevelopment ($348m), ATO building ($72m) and Department of Finance building ($70m) and CBD revitalisation ($52m) has led to significant growth in professional services within the CBD.

Digital services are unrivalled with the entire CBD area directly connected to the NBN, producing enviable data speeds and reliability to keep you at the forefront of connectivity to clients and customers. Continued public investment into improving transport links along the east coast of Australia has demonstrably given Gosford a stronger connection with Sydney and Newcastle with travel times for both cars and trains slashed.

The NorthConnex project, linking the M1 Pacific Motorway to the M2 Motorway via the longest road tunnel project in Australia, combined with major upgrades to the M1 at the Somersby Interchange will slash travel times to the Sydney CBD by over 15 minutes.
